My stay at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot. However, the service could be sluggish, especially when requesting items like a kettle or housekeeping. While the room was spacious and clean, I noticed that some amenities and the minibar could use some improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg, enjoying the beautiful views from our Sky Suite on the 7th floor and the attentive service throughout my visit.
